Our full home cleans are priced based on home size. If a room will be excluded from the clean, please let us know when booking! We do not provide in person quotes at this time.

As of June 1, 2025, pricing will be as follows for all new clients:

1000-1499 SQ FT starting at $300

1500-1999 SQ FT starting at $350

2000-2499 SQ FT starting at $400

2500-2999 SQ FT starting at $450

3000-3499 SQ FT starting at $500

3500-3999 SQ FT starting at $550

4000-4499 SQ FT starting at $600

For homes larger than 4500 SQ FT, please contact us.

We do offer commercial office cleaning at the following rates. Recurring discounts will apply to commercial offices at the residential rate listed below.

0-1499 SQ FT (no bathroom or kitchen)

0-1499 SQ FT (including bathroom and/or kitchen)

1500-2999 SQ FT (no bathroom or kitchen)

starting at $300

1500-2999 SQ FT (including bathroom and/or kitchen)

We try to keep our additional fees minimal to stay competitive. 

Please include any of the below info when booking.

PET FEE - $25

Dogs and cats only; hypoallergenic dogs excluded. Charged at each service and not eligible for recurring discounts. We reserve the right to assess a pet fee if necessary for other house pets where excessive mess is found (birds, rabbits, reptiles, etc.) 

Excessive urine and/or feces clean-up is not included in pet fee and will be discussed with client if found present.

UNDISCLOSED SMOKER - $100

We reserve the right to turn down a job where excessive nicotine is present, due to allergy and health concerns for our team. For this reason, we ask that you are honest during the booking process so we can determine if it's a good fit. If we accept a job and show up to a smoked in home that was undisclosed, we will add this fee to the total cost of your clean.

EXCESSIVE MESS - $100

When booking, we will ask you to rate you home's messiness on a level from 1-10, with 10 being the worst. Be critical and honest; this info is pertinent to us being prepared. With that said, if we agree to accept a job that is determined to be an excessive level of filthy, we will add this fee to the total cost. This is at the owner's discretion.

MOVE IN/OUT - $100

Added to base price for empty homes. Includes internal of cabinets throughout and inside of one residential size fridge.

POST CONSTRUCTION - $150

This fee is specific to post construction cleans only, where drywall dust/pieces and dried texture, etc. is present. 

HOME STAGING - $100

Organization and realty photography preparation.

You may not need your whole home cleaned, so we do offer a la carte services for specific spaces. We do require a $200 minimum for services.

FULL SIZE BATHROOM - $70

HALF BATHROOM - $35

KITCHEN - $100

DINING ROOM, LIVING ROOM, OR LOFT - $30

BEDROOMS - $35

LAUNDRY ROOM - $25

REFRIGERATOR INTERIOR - $50-75

(Floor pricing is discounted when added to other a la carte services.)

Beast Cleaning does reserve the right to cancel any job with zero notice if the conditions are found to be excessively filthy, hazardous, or if the client or someone in the family is actively sick. We will not accept a cleaning job where there are hoarder conditions or excessive nicotine present (heavily smoked-in homes).

To show our appreciation for regularly scheduled clients, we offer the following recurring discounts:

Monthly up to Quarterly Recurring - 20% off base price

Biweekly Recurring - 30% off base price

We do not offer weekly services at this time. 

Additional fees are not included in recurring discounts. 

Discount applies after initial cleaning.

For biweekly clients, more than one cancellation in a row will result in only a 20% discount at time of next service instead of 30%.

For quarterly clients, a courtesy reschedule is preferred within 2-4 weeks of original appointment. A cancellation of a quarterly slot which results in our team not returning for six months will result in the next service being charged at the full initial price.

Organizational services are charged per job. You can expect to pay for supplies (unless providing your own), and an hourly rate of $65 per hour.

A consultation will be provided for any organizational job.

Handyman services are priced competitively, and charged per job. You can expect to pay for supplies (unless providing your own), and an hourly rate of $65 per hour. 

Handyman services are non-emergency only.
